The main features of the platform are to provide online bidding services, including viewing tender announcements, downloading invitation letters, downloading tender documents, reading clarification documents, viewing the winning information, etc. Can carry out online procurement, including inquiries, competitive negotiations.
China Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. has 83 member enterprises (units), the annual amount of equipment and materials bidding projects exceeded 60 billion yuan, share-level bidding business has achieved 100% online procurement.
2、Admission steps
The following is the rapid process of inviting suppliers.：

According to the selected membership level, pay the corresponding membership fee through the bank, in the payment voucher at the end of the note marked: the name of the payment unit, agent, contact telephone. (see membership fees and remittance accounts)
Send the following two documents (Seal Scanner or Photo Electronic Edition of Seal Document) to the Customer Service Manager's mailbox. Please indicate the name of the member enterprise. (1) membership confirmation letter - remittance payment voucher.
Upon receipt of the above email and confirmation of the membership fee, the Customer Service Manager will promptly open the membership service and notify by SMS。
After the membership service is opened, please contact the responsible customer service manager to give you mail electronic invoice！
We will send the following two electronic versions of the documents according to the email address registered by the system: (1) Member confirmation letter (2) Member invoice
Step one: fast registration
Log on to the electronic platform for centralized procurement of equipment and materials for China Electric Power Construction (hereinafter referred to as "Collection and Collection Platform") (http://ec1.powerchina.cn), click the quick registration button on the right side, complete the registration, log on to the system, fill in the basic information of the enterprise and submit for examination, and become a supplier of collecting and collecting platform.
The second step: Download (optional)
Log on the collecting platform, download and fill in the service center.Membership confirmation letter。
Third step: payment
According to the selected membership level through the bank to pay the corresponding membership fees, at the end of the remittance note: payment unit, invoice payable, agent, contact telephone. After the membership fee arrives, the website will issue a service invoice called "service charge". Please identify the account posted on this website.
The fourth step: fax or Mail
Send the following two documents (Seal Scanner or Photo Electronic Edition of Seal Document) to the customer service email box ec@powerchina.cn. The subject of the email should indicate the name of the member business unit you declared.

The fifth step: opening up

Sixth step: Registration
